Job summary

Accenture South Africa seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead focused on Time Management and Employee Central Time Off. You will guide complex workforce time transformations and drive measurable operational outcomes. The role demands strong senior stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own SME decisions, lead multi-workstream delivery, and mentor a team while aligning with HR, IT, and change management to ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with focus on Time Management and/or Employee Central Time Off.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Time Management and/or Employee Central (required).
• Client-facing consulting or advisory experience in a global SI or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading or co-leading full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations, including go-live and hypercare phases.
• Experience operating at Manager level with team accountability and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Employee Central Time Off, ensuring functional correctness.
• Validate requirements, configurations, and workflows with client stakeholders.
• Lead analysis and refinement of workforce time processes aligned with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
• Define project scope and detailed functional/technical specifications to guide development and configuration teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Change Management to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Mentor and lead team members, fostering a high-performing environment.
