Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking Lead at Manager level to guide clients through complex workforce time transformations and drive measurable operational outcomes.

You will own SME decisions, engage cross-functional workstreams, and provide strategic guidance across HR, Payroll, and IT. This role demands a senior leader who can influence stakeholders and deliver scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with significant focus on Time Management and/or Employee Central Time Off modules.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Time Management and/or Employee Central (required); additional module certifications advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing consulting or advisory role within a global SI or professional services environment.
• Proven track record of leading or co-leading full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations, including go-live and hypercare phases; Manager level experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary SME for Time Management and Employee Central Time Off, ensuring functional correctness and business alignment.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Change Management to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members; manage cross-functional workstreams across geographies.
• Grow Accenture's SAP SuccessFactors practice through knowledge sharing and market positioning activities.
