Job summary

Collinson is seeking a Senior Salesforce MultiCloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Core, Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. You will mentor junior developers, drive best practices, and collaborate with Architects and cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience including CRM and Service Cloud.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior or lead role leading teams.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proven ability to architect complex integrations and data models.
• Salesforce Certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Salesforce Development: Lead the development and customisation of complex Salesforce solutions, focusing on CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce solutions; perform unit and integration testing.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Architect scalable, maintainable solutions within Salesforce; ensure integration with enterprise architecture.
• Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions in an Agile team.
• Advanced Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical issues, root cause analysis, and solution implementation.
• Integration and Data Strategy: Design robust integration patterns between Salesforce clouds and external systems; develop data models and governance practices.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize performance of Salesforce solutions for scalability.
• Technical Leadership: Define and implement technical strategies; guide the development team through challenges.
• People Leadership and Development: Mentor and line-manage junior developers; promote coding best practices.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and advocate new tools.
