Job summary

Deloitte in South Africa is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures and guide the implementation team to success.

You will lead multi-cloud designs, ensure governance and security, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Salesforce experience with 3+ years in a lead/architect role.
• Certifications: App Builder, Experience Cloud, Sales/Service/Industry Cloud; Salesforce Certified.
• Strong Salesforce customization, DevOps, and third-party integration skills (MuleSoft a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and agile leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Salesforce solutions and architecture blueprints.
• Design multi-cloud Salesforce architectures (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure integration with enterprise tech landscape.
• Mentor junior architects and grow the practice knowledge base.
