Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a 12-month contract with EST time-zone alignment. The role focuses on administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Salesforce platform, working with stakeholders across the business.

Ideal candidates will have strong Salesforce administration experience, be highly collaborative, and capable of delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, reporting, and automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure and maintain workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Provide ongoing Salesforce support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Salesforce environment.
• Assist with system enhancements, updates, integrations, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and maintain relevant system documentation and processes.
• Provide guidance and support to Salesforce users where required.
