Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and sourcing qualified decision makers, and booking meetings to create a strong first impression for Blacksmith Agency.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Formación

• Two years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and running multi-channel sequences.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Research ideal accounts and build contact lists.
• Identify decision makers and book qualified discovery calls.
• Craft personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
