Aspire Recruiting (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to develop business within a designated territory in South Africa. You will identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, design sales strategies, coordinate stock levels, and drive revenue growth in the commodities and milling sectors.

The role requires strong negotiation, market analysis, and client-relations skills, with a focus on compliance with ISO 22000 and OHS standards.

Formación

• National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent is required.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales or marketing experience with commodities.
• At least 3 years of direct experience within the Maize Milling industry.

Responsabilidades

• Identify prospective customers, negotiate contracts, and drive product sales across the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and commodity movements to capture sales opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams regarding product specifications, deliveries, stock levels, and issue resolution.
• Implement marketing initiatives and submit detailed sales and performance reports.
• Uphold the organisation’s brand standards and core values in all external interactions.
• Maintain compliance with OHS regulations, food safety protocols, and ISO 22000 standards.
