Job summary

Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service and mentor junior staff. You will act as a product expert, assisting customers with purchasing decisions and contributing to overall store success.

In this role you will support the store management team with daily operations, merchandising, and customer engagement strategies, while developing leadership skills and taking on additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn about new merchandise.
• Experience in a Senior Sales Associate or similar role is advantageous.
