Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote role within South Africa, requiring thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to achieve volume targets while maintaining high touch

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or agency/SaaS context.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and related tools.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
