Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience focused on rotating equipment in an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of rotating machinery operation, failure modes, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with condition monitoring techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
• Experience with API standards and other relevant industry specifications is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for all rotating equipment, including predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Specify, select, and procure new rotating equipment, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and standards.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for equipment failures, conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Review and approve mechanical designs related to rotating equipment installations and modifications.
• Monitor equipment performance data and implement measures to optimize efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
