Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in rotating equipment in an industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.
- Experience with vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and reliability techniques.
- Familiarity with API/ASME codes and standards.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Specify, select, and procure rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines) based on process needs.
- Review engineering designs and vendor proposals for new and existing installations.
- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and start-up.
- Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
