Placements24 is partnering with a prominent general insurance company to hire a seasoned Risk Manager in Benoni, Gauteng. You will lead development and maintenance of the risk management framework, identify key risks, and drive mitigation across all functions.

You will develop KRIs, monitor risk exposures, conduct assessments, and advise senior management on action plans, contributing to regulatory compliance and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.
• CRISC or PRM certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 6 years in risk management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of COSO and ISO 31000 frameworks.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the company's overall risk management framework.
• Identify and assess risks across all business functions.
• Design and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Monitor risk exposures and report trends and impacts.
• Develop KRIs and ensure regular reporting.
