Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a seasoned Risk & Compliance professional to monitor risks, shape policies, and guide stakeholders across payments environments. You will drive assessments, improvements, and ensure adherence to best practices while collaborating with multiple departments.

The role offers high autonomy and a broad scope across risk, compliance, operations, and process enhancements, with a focus on tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree required.
• RE1 and RE5 qualifications required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in risk/compliance.
• Experience in payments/fintech/financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance practices.
• Experience with third-party payment providers advantageous.
• Exposure to systems operations and payments processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage business risks across operations.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend process improvements.
• Identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry best practices.
• Review operational processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support teams with compliance-related guidance.
• Prepare risk and compliance reports for management.
• Assist with audits, reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
