You will grow product awareness, identify opportunities, coordinate advertising and PR, and develop marketing strategies to increase market share.

Qualifications

• Promotions, advertising, and public relations must be coordinated for the store to enhance the Brand's market share.
• Grow, develop and build awareness of the product and service offering.
• Identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies.
• Ability to handle client queries and problem solving.
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s product, service, and processes.
• Keep abreast of what competitors are doing and trends in the industry.
• Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle. Manage sales efficiencies and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To uphold and promote the company values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved.
