Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive reservoir engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in reservoir simulation and associated pre/post-processing tools.
• Strong knowledge of reservoir characterization, fluid properties, well test analysis, and production engineering.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of reservoir engineers, driving technical excellence.
• Develop and execute reservoir management plans to optimize recovery and production.
• Oversee building and validation of reservoir simulation models.
• Perform performance forecasting, uncertainty analysis, and economic evaluations.
• Evaluate EOR strategies and advanced recovery techniques.
• Collaborate with geoscience, drilling and production teams for integrated field development.
• Prepare technical reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
