Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in reservoir engineering, with a strong emphasis on asset development.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, Tempest) and production data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of reservoir engineering principles, fluid flow, and depletion mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term reservoir development plans, including infill drilling and EOR projects.
• Conduct reservoir simulation studies to evaluate different development scenarios and optimize recovery.
• Perform economic evaluations of development projects and production enhancement opportunities.
• Monitor reservoir performance, analyze production data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with geologists and geophysicists on reservoir characterization and modeling.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
