Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in reservoir engineering, with a strong emphasis on asset development.
Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, Tempest) and production data analysis tools.
Solid understanding of reservoir engineering principles, fluid flow, and depletion mechanisms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term reservoir development plans, including infill drilling and EOR projects.
Conduct reservoir simulation studies to evaluate different development scenarios and optimize recovery.
Perform economic evaluations of development projects and production enhancement opportunities.
Monitor reservoir performance, analyze production data, and identify areas for improvement.
