This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa, with a particular focus on coordinating efforts from regions like Mahikeng, North West . Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects within a remote setting.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically managing software engineering projects.
• Proven success in leading and delivering complex software projects in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Exceptional virtual leadership, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP, or similar certification is highly desirable.
