Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team and development processes. Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Oversee the quality assurance and testing phases to ensure successful product deployment. Requirements A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in software project management. Demonstrated success in leading complex, full-cycle software development projects, preferably in a remote setting. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Strong understanding of software development principles and technologies.
