About the Role

Our client, a global leader in enterprise solutions, is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead critical systems integration projects. This is a fully remote position, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere while managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. The core responsibility involves integrating various enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SCM) to streamline operations and enhance data flow across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale system integrations, a strong understanding of business processes, and proven ability to manage diverse, distributed teams effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex enterprise systems integration projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and detailed implementation plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Direct and mentor cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, business analysts, and vendor representatives, in a remote environment.
• Oversee the integration of key enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and SCM solutions.
• Ensure seamless data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, including senior management and end-users.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Implement robust change management processes to support user adoption and minimize disruption.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement timely corrective actions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a substantial focus on enterprise systems integration projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-phase integration projects with significant budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage distributed teams effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system architecture, and data management principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and collaboration tools.
