Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in systems integration for a fully remote role. You will lead multi-team initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive integration projects across ERP, CRM and HRIS ecosystems.

A strong technical background and PMP/TOGAF are highly valued. You will manage budgets, timelines and quality standards in a remote-first environment, collaborating with enterprise clients and vendor partners to deliver secure, scalable integration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on systems integration projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex integration initiatives involving enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware technologies, APIs, and data exchange formats (e.g., XML, JSON).
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Excellent technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to understand complex system architectures.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships.
