About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of technology integration programs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic technology roadmap and business goals, executed remotely. Develop and maintain overarching program plans, including strategic objectives, key deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Direct and coordinate multiple project managers and their respective teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistent execution across the program. Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Establish and maintain robust communication channels with all program stakeholders, including executive leadership, across different regions and time zones. Oversee program budgets, track financial performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness and accountability. Drive the adoption of best practices in program and project management, particularly within a remote work context. Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners involved in the integration initiatives. Conduct regular program reviews and provide strategic guidance to project teams to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure comprehensive documentation of program achievements and lessons learned.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certifications are strongly preferred. Minimum of 12 years of experience in program and project management, with at least 8 years focused on managing complex technology integration programs or large-scale IT initiatives. Demonstrated success in leading and managing programs in a fully remote setting, with strong virtual leadership and team management capabilities. In-depth understanding of various technology domains, including software development, cloud computing, network infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, adapted for remote environments. Proficiency with advanced program management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project Server) and remote collaboration tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex technological landscapes. Experience managing significant program budgets and diverse technology vendors. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive strategic initiatives to completion.
