Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a fully remote role to lead digital transformation initiatives across Africa. You will guide cloud migrations, CRM implementations and data analytics programs with global teams.

You bring 10+ years in project management, a Master's degree, PMP/Agile certs, and a proven track record across multiple countries. You will manage dispersed teams, align with C-level stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or relevant Agile certifications is essential.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience with digital transformation.
• Experience managing cross-border projects across Africa and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of complex digital transformation projects for clients across Africa.
• Develop strategic project plans with defined scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage geographically dispersed project teams in a virtual work environment.
• Oversee implementations of cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and enterprise software.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure success.
• Communicate with stakeholders including C-level executives and client teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Drive change management to facilitate adoption of new technologies.
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
