Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in operations administration or related field, with strong remote-work background.
• Demonstrated experience in managing operational projects and optimizing administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations department and senior management in a remote capacity.
• Manage and coordinate operational projects, tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and workflows for remote teams.
• Oversee the management of operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes and action items for remote teams.
• Manage vendor communications and contracts related to operational needs.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on operational performance and improvements.
• Facilitate seamless communication between remote departments and stakeholders.
• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure integrity of operational data.
• Identify and resolve administrative challenges within the remote framework.
