This role rewards autonomy and sharp risk judgment, with a focus on profitability and compliance. You will stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes while developing underwriting guidelines to support business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive insurance underwriting experience.
• Experience assessing risks in commercial property, liability, or specialty lines.
• Proficiency with underwriting software and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management; CPCU is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
