• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; relevant professional designations (e.g., CPCU) are a significant plus.


• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload effectively in a remote setting.
