Placements24 seeks a seasoned Civil Engineer specializing in Infrastructure Planning for a fully remote role. You will contribute to strategic planning, conceptual designs, and master planning for urban and regional development, collaborating with a dispersed team using GIS and planning tools.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in infrastructure planning, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred), and strong analytic and communication skills to work effectively in remote environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering required; Masters in Urban Planning advantageous.
• 8+ years experience in infrastructure planning and design.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in GIS and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and needs assessments for new infrastructure projects.
• Develop conceptual designs and master plans for transportation, water, and land development.
• Analyze demographic data, traffic patterns, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation for stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues across various engineering disciplines.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in infrastructure planning and development.
