Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure planning, design, or project management
• Proficiency in CAD and conceptual design tools; strong analytical abilities
• Experience in feasibility studies and master planning for public infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration and reporting
• Ability to work independently, manage time and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and needs assessments for major infrastructure projects.
• Develop conceptual designs, master plans, and preliminary engineering reports for transportation, water, and wastewater systems.
• Analyze project requirements, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders through virtual platforms to define project scope and objectives.
• Research and apply relevant engineering standards, regulations, and best practices in infrastructure planning.
