Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to join a fully remote team. You will guide clients through digital evolution, assess maturity, and develop transformation strategies leveraging cloud, analytics, AI, and automation.

This remote‑first role supports clients globally, with Mossel Bay, Western Cape, as a possible base. Lead virtual workshops, define objectives, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record guiding organizations through large-scale digital change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their business applications.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote team; agile experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' digital landscape to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Advise on technologies such as cloud, data analytics, AI, and automation.
• Lead virtual workshops and define objectives with stakeholders.
• Manage projects ensuring timely delivery and integration of new solutions.
• Measure impact of digital initiatives on performance and engagement.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends and best practices.
