Placements24 seeks a highly skilled Remote Construction Planner / Scheduler to develop, maintain and optimize detailed project schedules for complex construction projects. You will collaborate with teams across locations using Primavera P6 or MS Project in a virtual environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, 7+ years in scheduling, and excellent remote communication to ensure on-time delivery of milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Expertise with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and dependencies.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Analyze project scope, identify critical path activities, and establish timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to gather schedule info.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedule and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule status reports and stakeholder presentations.
• Assist in resource loading and leveling for construction activities.
