Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Construction Planning Specialist to support projects across South Africa. You will develop detailed project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure pre-construction requirements are met in a fully remote capacity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering and at least five years of planning and scheduling experience, with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication in virtual environments.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules.
• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and suppliers.
• Assist in proposals, bid documents, and contracts.
