Formación

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years of aerospace design/analysis experience.
• Expertise in structural mechanics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and vibrations.
• Proficiency in CAE tools ANSYS, Nastran, Fluent and 3D CAD software.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials and regulations.
• Proven project leadership and communication for remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop critical mechanical systems for aerospace applications.
• Conduct structural, thermal, and dynamic analyses using CAE software.
• Perform aerodynamic and thermodynamic simulations to optimize performance.
• Create detailed technical docs, schematics, drawings, and tests.
• Collaborate with remote multidisciplinary teams across disciplines.
• Oversee prototyping and testing, implementing design changes.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and quality protocols.
• Mentor junior engineers in a remote team.
• Contribute to concept studies, trade analyses, and roadmaps.
