Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and analysis in aerospace.
• Expert proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 and Siemens NX; simulation tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design of aerospace components, structures and systems.
• Perform FEA/CFD analyses for stress, thermal, vibration performance.
• Use CAD tools (CATIA, NX) for detailed 3D modeling and PLM management.
• Collaborate with aerodynamics, materials, manufacturing and systems engineers in a remote setting.
• Develop and execute test plans for prototypes and flight hardware; analyze data.
