The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial services recruitment, deep knowledge of the SA market, and a proven track record of delivering high-caliber placements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial services recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the South Africa financial services market.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and build client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the financial services industry.
• Identify and source top-tier talent for roles including investment bankers, portfolio managers, risk analysts, compliance officers, and fintech specialists.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate experience through to placement.
• Provide expert market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
• Attend industry events and build a strong professional network.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the company's CRM system.
