This role is critical for connecting innovative tech companies with top-tier IT professionals across Gauteng. You will be responsible for driving business development, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the recruitment process for a wide array of tech roles, operating under a flexible hybrid model that blends office collaboration with remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, including software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data science.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing methodologies to attract scarce and in-demand tech talent.
• Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with technology clients, understanding their evolving hiring needs.
• Drive new business development initiatives to expand the client portfolio and revenue streams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in technology recruitment, preferably within a consultancy.

• Exceptional business development, client management, and negotiation skills.
