This is a remote-first leadership role responsible for driving the overall recruitment strategy, managing a team of tech recruiters, and fostering strong client relationships within the technology sector. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technology recruitment consultants, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.

Requirements
