The ideal candidate has at least five years of recruitment experience in South Africa's finance sector, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR or related field with 5+ years recruitment experience.
• Proven track record placing finance and accounting professionals up to CFO level in SA.
• Strong understanding of SA finance job market and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for finance and accounting professionals at all levels.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA) are a plus.


• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong specialization in finance and accounting roles.


• Proven success in placing candidates in roles such as Accountants, Auditors, Financial Managers, and CFOs.


• In-depth knowledge of the South African finance and accounting job market.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
