Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Technical Recruiter to help build an elite, fast moving team. You own the hiring process from intake to offer, partnering with our leadership to source top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

You will source and engage talent across Latin America and South Africa, provide a seamless candidate experience, and ensure a clean, data-driven ATS pipeline that keeps hiring managers in the loop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability mindset with ability to work autonomously.
• Global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a passion for streamlined workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer.
• Source and engage talent across LATAM and South Africa.
• Provide a seamless, respectful Blacksmith candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent.
