Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Deliver a seamless, Blacksmith-standard candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent for speed.
• Keep a clean, data-driven ATS pipeline and update hiring managers.
