You will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and claims management, working closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to safeguard financial interests.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of QS experience, solid knowledge of NEC/FIDIC, and proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC, FIDIC contract types.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
