Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in quality inspection tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-depth inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Operate and calibrate a variety of testing and measurement equipment.
• Analyze test results, identify deviations from standards, and report findings to the Quality Manager.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in root cause analysis for non-conformities and drive preventative measures.
