The ideal candidate leads the QA team, conducts internal audits, drives CAPA, and collaborates with production, R&D, and supply chain to sustain high quality levels. A strong background in QMS and regulatory standards is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field related to QA/QC in FMCG.
• 7+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, with FMCG experience.
• Experience developing and managing QMS (ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
• Strong regulatory knowledge for FMCG products is essential.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the QMS aligned with standards and regs.
• Oversee QC activities: raw materials, in-process, finished products.
• Lead QA team with guidance and training for high performance.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits for compliance.
• Investigate quality issues, perform CAPA, and implement actions.
• Ensure products meet quality specs before release.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain for improvements.
• Maintain quality records and traceability throughout production.
• Stay updated on evolving quality standards and trends.
• Promote a culture of quality across the organization.
