Placements24 is seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a sizeable portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Sandton, Gauteng. The role focuses on maximizing asset value, optimizing operations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will set portfolio strategy, manage budgets, and lead a team of property managers. The ideal candidate will have extensive property management experience, strong financial acumen, and deep knowledge of the Sandton and Gauteng real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field.
• 7+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years in portfolio management or supervisory role.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and P&L skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI) and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the property portfolio to enhance value.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, maintenance and tenant relations.
• Manage portfolio budgets, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of property managers and staff.
• Identify opportunities for capital expenditures and asset enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
