• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property portfolio management or commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices in South Africa.
• Excellent financial management and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of investment properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate and manage property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve disputes, and ensure a high level of service.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including budgets, income statements, and variance analysis for the property portfolio.
