Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale urban development and infrastructure projects.
• Manage all project phases, including feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of consultants, contractors, and service providers.
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, community groups, and private developers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols in Gauteng.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans.
• Monitor project performance, quality, and progress, providing regular reports to senior management.

About the Role

Our client is a prominent property development and urban planning firm seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee major urban development and infrastructure projects in Vereeniging , Gauteng .
