• Willingness to travel to site locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project master schedules, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
• Control project costs, manage variations, and approve payments to contractors and suppliers.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including site engineers, foremen, and administrative staff.
