Job summary

SET Consulting is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage project costs and schedules, and handle contract and stakeholder management from award through to commercial operation. A strong background in renewable energy projects, with 5-12 years of experience, and proficiency in project management tools are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing medium-to-large EPC projects.
• Experience in renewable energy, power, or industrial infrastructure is ideal.
• Proven track record managing projects from contract award to COD.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage project costs, cash flow, and scheduling.
• Administer EPC and subcontractor contracts and manage claims.
