The ideal candidate brings proven delivery experience, governance discipline, and strong stakeholder engagement to coordinate cross-functional teams including payments, VAS, SAP integrations and loyalty platforms.

You will drive projects from initiation through closure, ensuring quality, timely delivery and accurate governance

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering software or technology projects.
• Previous experience within a retail environment.
• Relevant experience in one or more of the following: Payments, Value-added services, SAP integration, Customer loyalty programmes or platforms.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary business and technical teams.
• Strong project planning, reporting, risk, issue, dependency and change-management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage software and technology projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, plans, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Take full ownership and accountability for delivering projects on time and to the required quality standards.
• Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies, governance standards and controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional business, technology, vendor and delivery teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions and change requests.
• Track delivery progress and provide clear, accurate reporting to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, workshops and decision-making forums.
• Support the delivery of customer-facing solutions involving retail systems, payments, VAS, loyalty platforms and SAP integrations.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and governance artefacts.
