ACI Worldwide in South Africa seeks a Sr Client Project Manager to lead multi-project delivery within scope and budget. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and maintain schedules using our project methodology. The role spans from inception to final delivery with limited supervision.

You should have 7+ years in client project management, including 5+ in payments, and strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years client project management experience, including 5+ years in payments/financial industry.

Responsabilités

• Understand all contractual commitments and track them with the customer.
• Manage project scope and baseline to ensure delivery complies with standards.
• Monitor budgets, forecast resources, and manage changes to scope or schedule.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, agreements and proposals.
• Direct all project phases from research to post-rollout review, ensuring deliverables meet commitments.
• Provide ETC figures monthly for revenue forecasting.
• Establish governance and manage risks, issues, and RAID logs.
