Qualifikationen

• Project Management Diploma or CAPM/PRINCE2 certification.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a project environment.
• 3+ years specifically in Payments/Merchant Acquiring.
• Hands-on exposure to PowerCARD (HPS)—configuration, workflows, or integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project tracking tools.

Aufgaben

• Initiate and manage the planning process, clearly defining project scope, goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage project resources (people, procurement, systems, time and budget) end-to-end.
• Build relationships across teams to enhance delivery and collaboration.
• Implement change management practices and ensure understanding and adoption.
• Monitor turnaround times and quality standards; resolve issues promptly.
• Advise on projects from start to finish following governance guidelines.
• Contribute to development and reporting of project budgets and resources.
